Do we need to get our data in order before we start?

No. Forteresse starts from your data and tools as they are: heterogeneous, scattered, imperfect. No prior data project, no overhaul, no migration.

How long before an automation is in production?

The "Setup" (scoping and integration sprint) is a fixed fee and takes 2 to 4 weeks. Integration is included if access and connectors are provided within 30 days. You see the result before committing to the next steps.

How are you different from a standard automation tool?

Most automation platforms are built for simple processes. Forteresse is built for processes where data is heterogeneous and sometimes sensitive, rules are complex, and every decision must be auditable.

Who owns the workflows and the data?

You do. Workflows are written in open, portable YAML. The exit kit allows a full one-click export, and an exit plan is set out from signature.
