The Site is published by Forteresse AI, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €10,000.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 941 859 944, whose registered office is located at 77 rue du Cherche-Midi, 75006 Paris, France.

Article 2: Hosting

The Site and applications are hosted by Scaleway SAS, whose registered office is located at 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. The servers are located in France.

Article 3: Access to the Site

The Site is accessible from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or of scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from maintenance needs.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for any modification, interruption or suspension of the Site.

Article 4: Data collection

The Site collects and processes personal information with respect for privacy, in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

Personal data is collected through the contact and appointment booking forms on the Site.

Article 5: Intellectual property

All elements of this Site, including without limitation graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs and icons, as well as their layout, are the exclusive property of Forteresse AI, with the exception of trademarks, logos or content belonging to partner companies or other authors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication of these elements, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Forteresse AI. Such representation or reproduction, by any means whatsoever, constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Article 6: Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the matter will be brought before the competent French courts in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
